SCOPE: Green Mountain asked Aegis to help maintain customer satisfaction and new resources while reducing costs and increasing sales. A significant portion of the client’s customers were those who were unfamiliar with new areas of energy and the potential economic and environmental impact of those areas.
RESULT: Aegis offered strategies that were enabled by marketing services that allowed the client to achieve significant cost reductions and a sales increase of over 700%. Customer satisfaction was maintained, which was all the more significant given that these were customers unfamiliar with the client’s new product portfolio.
